SCA says legislation is irrational and unconstitutional

The Supreme Court of Appeal has dismissed a High Court ruling stripping people of their citizenship. According to the SCA, legislation that led to the loss of South African citizenship for those acquiring citizenship of another country, is irrational and unconstitutional.
